Dash VP casepackers use a servo accumulation belt to load a servo elevator that down-stacks product. When the elevator has down-stacked an entire case’s worth of product, it lowers to the caseload position where a servo case loader pushes the product thru a mandrel, into a case. The servo accumulation increments to accumulate bags during this time to enable faster speeds.
