BF25 Bliss Former

Pearson

The Pearson BF25 Bliss Former produces extra-strong corrugated shipping and display containers with an H-divider at rates of up to 25 bliss boxes per minute.

The gravity fed magazine ensures that each blank is in proper position for picking. Cases are formed around a static mandrel, which allows higher speeds by removing the need for a reciprocating mandrel. The active forming section ensures consistent glue compression by impacting the gluelines.

UC15 Bag Uncuffer

Pearson

Pearson Packaging Systems’ UC15 Bag Uncuffer is a versatile machine designed to uncuff, fold, and close poly bag liners in corrugated cases at rates of up to 15 cases per minute.

Uncuffing fingers reliably pull the cuff off the case by grasping all four corners of the bag simultaneously. Case and flaps are fully controlled to ensure that the case and flaps are in the correct position for bag folding. The top is then folded sequentially ensuring even bag distribution.
