BF30 Bliss Former

Pearson

The Pearson BF30 Bliss Former assembles a wide variety of sturdy shipper and display-ready, three-piece bliss box designs at rates up to 30 cases per minute.

The BF30 is optimal for larger boxes. A gravity fed magazine and a powered end-panel magazine with following paddle ensure that each panel is accurately presented for pick off. To establish consistent glue compression and case squareness, the active forming section impacts the gluelines as opposed to rubbing over it.

BF25 Bliss Former

Pearson

The Pearson BF25 Bliss Former produces extra-strong corrugated shipping and display containers with an H-divider at rates of up to 25 bliss boxes per minute.

The gravity fed magazine ensures that each blank is in proper position for picking. Cases are formed around a static mandrel, which allows higher speeds by removing the need for a reciprocating mandrel. The active forming section ensures consistent glue compression by impacting the gluelines.

Pearson’s BI25 is a servo-driven Bag Inserter operating at speeds of up to 25 cases per minute. A servocontrolled design improves bag handling versatility, increases component longevity and reduces expensive air consumption. Opposing vacuum plenums ensure consistent bag opening by grasping both sides of the bag simultaneously and pulling them in opposite directions. Cuffing fingers then contain the top perimeter of the bag as the vacuum releases. To enable fast feeding of bags, anti-static bars dissipate any built-up electricity and a hydraulic bag roll lift cart supports ergonomic replacement of heavy bag rolls.
