FP-4/2M Tray Former

Boix's FP4/2M3 Machinery was created to meet your needs with two motors and individual drives controlled by one PLC for timing - a fully powerful tray forming experience.

The ergonomic design includes a floor-level hopper for easy loading of blanks, and features automatically adjustable glue lines so speed changes are accomplished seamlessly.

Touch Screen: Colour screen for programming for program selection, parameter selection, maintenance and more

Double Wall Kit: Forms the double wall in the board feed direction
Security: all safety devices are double circuit CE safety level “C”
Evaporator: Internally mounted to ensure a uniform flow, it includes a drain valve so accumulated water never reaches valves or cylinders, and is capable of a high production without any vibration.
Air Pressure: The centralized control is regulated from the same panel. A monitoring pressure switch prevents the machine working with incorrect values.
Central Section: The central column-forming section of the machine has a pneumatic lifting system which facilitates plate removal to quickly, easily and effortlessly remove jams.
