The IPAK TF300 tray former erects Breaker and Column Case style trays with triangle or L-corner posts. It supports various tray configurations including RSC style flaps, side sealing flange flaps, and flapless designs for retail-ready roll-over display.

Equipped with advanced servo drives for precise blank advancement and dynamic flap folding, the TF300 ensures each tray is formed with exceptional stacking strength and impeccable visual appeal. This is particularly crucial for heavier items like meats and proteins, or products stored in cold environments, where the corrugated material might deteriorate due to the harsh conditions.
