Automatic Cup Dentester

Link Pack Automatic Denester provides controlled separation and feeding of stacked rigid containers. adjustable magazine guides accommodate multiple diameters and heights, allowing quick format changeovers without dedicated change parts.

Designed for cups, tubs, and similar containers, the unit removes one container at a time from the vertical magazine using vacuum pick-off technology and transfers it through a pneumatic placement system onto a synchronized takeaway conveyor. Containers are handled gently to prevent deformation while maintaining a steady discharge rate of up to 60 containers per minute, depending on container geometry and stack quality.
