In the newsletter you will learn more about the services we offer. We also highlight one of our vendors – FT System. They provide innovative solutions for the inspection and control of you bottling and packaging line. FT System can inspect filling level, leak detection, internal pressure and vacuum, absence or presence of a specific gas, full case or keg inspection, cap and label inspections, as well as full line monitoring. Product Inspection Emergency Services
Through our emergency product inspection services, MD packaging can thoroughly test every suspected product for contaminants or defects so that you can continue producing products that your customers rely on! Our program uses the most sensitive and advanced x-ray and metal detection equipment available, often able to detect contaminants below 1mm. We are also able to detect product damage, missing products and under filled or overfilled packages to ensure that you only supply quality-assured products for maximum product recovery.
We stock a multitude of the latest Thermo Fisher Scientific x-ray, metal detector and checkweigher systems specifically for rental use. In addition, we sell new equipment and offer a variety of leasing options.
